Memorial Vol #1 – Phase #1 Is Live | A Behind-the-Scenes Look at Papa’s Designs
Today at exactly 12:00 PM Eastern, Memorial Vol #1 – Phase #1 officially went live.
But this drop didn’t start today.
It started late at night — reviewing line weight over and over again. It started with asking uncomfortable questions like:
Will this hold up in five years?
Is this too delicate?
Is this too heavy?
Does this honor the meaning behind memorial work?
Memorial tattoos are different.
They’re not impulse decisions. They’re not trend pieces. They represent someone’s father, mother, sibling, child, best friend, or lifelong companion. That changes how you design.
When building Memorial Vol #1 – Phase #1, the focus wasn’t on making something flashy. It was about creating something dependable.
This collection was structured intentionally around:
• Clean, stencil-ready line art
• Balanced fine-line structure
• Real-world tattoo application
• Uplifting memorial symbolism
• Adaptable compositions for personalization
Every sheet in this release follows a consistent 3x3 structured layout — nine original designs per sheet, evenly spaced, clean backgrounds, no clutter. Built so artists can print, stencil, and apply without fighting the design.
Inside the master set, you’ll find:
• Human memorial concepts built around symbolic elements like wings, halos, florals, doves, ribbons, and elegant framing
• Furry pet memorial sheets designed with softness and respect — not cartoonish, not heavy, just clean and adaptable
• Mixed symbolism pieces that combine highly requested elements with original composition flow
• Fine line dominant structures with slightly stabilized primary outlines for longevity
And intentionally included in this release:
Bonus sheets.
These bonus sheets are not displayed in the master preview layouts. They’re there to give shops additional ammunition — more options when a client says, “Do you have something else?” That extra flexibility matters in real-world shop environments.
One guiding idea shaped this entire drop:
Memorial tattoos do not need to be dark to be powerful.
There’s enough heaviness in grief already. The designs in this phase lean toward clarity, lightness, and respectful symbolism — allowing the meaning to speak without overwhelming the composition.
Behind the scenes, this release also represents something bigger.
Papa’s Designs isn’t just releasing flash sheets. It’s building a professional tattoo system — consistent structure, repeatable quality, and collections that working artists can rely on without second-guessing.
Memorial Vol #1 – Phase #1 is the foundation layer of that system.

More phases are already in development — each one expanding the system further.
Thank you to everyone following along.
This is just the beginning.
Create respectfully.
Tattoo intentionally.
Honor properly.
